Microsoft delivers new Zune HD games; Twitter and Facebook still to come

On the heels of providing a new firmware update to the Zune HD that provided support for forthcoming games, Microsoft is rolling out those games starting on November 11. Facebook and Twitter integration apps are still to come -- no word as to when.
