Microsoft is picking up on what users want in a touch interface. Windows Mobile 6.5 pulls some of the aesthetics from the iPhone, but at the same time also has a unique interface styling. It will be interesting to see how cellphone manufacturers decide to make use of this new operating system.
Google Licenses ActiveSync from Microsoft Google is now offering free ActiveSync support for their Calendar and Contacts, which means you can get those pushed to your mobile device for free. Now I’m just keeping my fingers crossed that they will do the same for Gmail.
Windows 7 Can Burn ISO Images Windows 7 wants to make your life a little easier, and one way it plans to do that is by including a tool that can burn ISO images out-of-the-box. Thank you Microsoft! Other operating systems include tools to do this, and I never understood why it wasn’t in Windows.
